Tyson Cromie
Tyson Cromie is a rising star in elite lawn bowls, and a key part of why the Geelong region has such an outstanding record in the sport. Beginning his career at the age of eight, Cromie has since progressed to play at the state and national levels, and is a prominent member of the Australian Development Squad. His move to Geelong at the age of nineteen to work and compete for the storied Ocean Grove Bowling Club has been a hugely successful one. Cromie is currently a Development Player for the Geelong Jets in the Bowls Premier League, and in 2025 he became Australian National Champion by winning gold in the men’s singles event in Tasmania.
